SAINTES MARIES DE LA MER, FRANCE - 25 MAI : La foule des pèlerins gitans et non gitans, des Gardians à cheval et des filles arlésiennes en costume accompagnaient à la mer les statues des Deux Marie. Roms, Manouches, Les Tsiganes et autres gitans viennent de toute l'Europe et même d'autres continents pour vénérer leur sainte, Sara la noire. Les statues portées par les gitans à la mer, symbolisent l'attente et l'accueil des saintes Marie Jacobe et Marie Salomé.
